Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled service. If the service is cancelled outside of this time or you do not show to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your Booksy App, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.
